Has good Facilities.
Every night there was a power cut a few times usually pass midnight so I have to be up to switch on the air cond since it’s centralized and thjs distrub my sleep.

Break-first excellent. The high price of other meals needs reconsideration. although the hotel is not in a scenic area since it is in my home town I really liked the location
I brought a group of 13 family members in Dec 2017 & since everything was great, I brought another group of 11 this time. That explains my view of the hotel

THE best in the region (staff & property)
Chef gunarathna and his team went out their way to make the dining experience is great. Food selection is satisfactory. Vallet service is great. Each staff member is very friendly. Reception staff & pool team member is very helpful and anticipated the needs. Cudos to engineering team for maintenance of all areas and pool is absolutely stunning.
Google map completely mis lead us. As per the first choice offered in google bought us just in the middle of the town. Had to expect support from hotel reception. Support extended

There are don't have clients still so can't get 4star experience as like other famous hotels. Exsample -they don't have buffet in the restaurant.
